This is what I look like after waking up of like, twelve hours of sleep. My hair was in a ponytail when I went to bed but as you can see, the majority of it is now sticking out around my head. Am I not a gorgeous child? I think I am. Someone tell me again why I think posting this is a good idea? What is with my sense of humor?

Hello darlings, here is the face of a girl who… - is fairly exhausted after a weekend of not much sleep and much walking around town at odd hours, getting up early to get home before light, getting up early to go driving with grandpa - just got yelled at for going to the jacuzzi at night with her stepsister, which is silly because that is the least “bad” thing that she and her sister(s) did today and it’s total bullshit ‘cause no one got hurt, we just wanted to go for awhile - is exasperated and feels like giving up on having a healthy or even functional, decent relationship with either one of her parents. Can’t take either of them seriously or communicate honestly with either one - is feeling disenchanted and not like really communicating with any one she usually likes. Except for her sisters, they’re still cool and she loves them and wants them to love her - wants everyone’s love and no one’s love because it gets too complicated, people’s feelings get to be too much - looks overdramatic and sad in this photo. Must be the chlorine, fatigue, and hormones getting to her. Hm.

I printed out a slightly edited version of one of the photos taken from when my sisters and I played with makeup for a Tribal Bellydance “look”, and made a collage of it today, did some watercoloring on it as well.

Left to right- me, my sister and stepsister. They’re both really awesome chicas and I love them a whole hell of a lot. The makeup and accessories are mostly my Auntie Jayna’s, she uses them for performances (though she’s more of a cabaret dancer than tribal) but let us borrow them.

Hello tumblr loves! I’m headed to my school’s little Thanksgiving with my banana bread and made-up face in tow, then off to the snow for the weekend. Cross your fingers, let’s all hope I survive snowboarding. My queue will be running the place while I’m gone, don’t let it get up to too much mischief (just a healthy amount). Much love, off I go. (and all y’all have to deal with my lame face. If I tried to take a picture I was actually happy with, I’d be here half an hour. Deal with it, darlings, just deal.)

Just to show the black in my hair (I dyed the bottom layers/underside of it over a month ago but never really took pictures of it) even though it doesn’t show super well, the lighting in here is not what it could be. When I straighten my hair it may look cooler. Haven’t tried, I’ll find out when I do.
